Nobelius Nursery 1898 - 1920, traded as.Gembrook Nurseries, 1921 -55. Run by C. L. Nobelius as manager. In 1955, the nursery business was sold to S and L Linton, and in 1967 to Din San Nursery. When Din San finally closed thir Emerald nursery the state government and Shire council bought 14 acres of this land as on plan.
