Historical information

Plaque of mother and child was attached to the Cardinia Child Health and Welfare Centre in Main Street, Emerald. On refurbishment of the centre in 1996, the plaque was removed and not replaced. The Centre was named after Nellie Exley, a president of the Health Centre Committee.
