Prepared as a university thesis by Janice Foster at an unspecified university (probably University of Melbourne) in the course subject 'Landscape heritage' number 705-676. Significance

The Nobelius Heritage Park is a memorial to the Gembrook Nurseries (aka Nobelius Nursery) as well as being the location of the Emerald and District Museum.
