Historical information

The handwritten and typed manuscripts are reminiscences by Gerald Douglas of his family history and settlement at Musk Hill farm, Emerald. His parents were Percy M.J. Douglas, 1860-1957, and Norah L. Douglas (nee Morris), 1864 - 1957. Photocopies are of legal documents relating to the acquisitions of "Musk Hill". The collection was retrieved from the effects of Gus Ryberg after his death.
