Historical information

Carl Axel Nobelius purchased land at Freshwater Point on the Tamar River in Tasmania, where he established a large apple orchard. This history with copies of relevant documents was compiled by Margaret McInnes, an Emerald Museum volunteer, while on a visit to Tasmania, and is based on her research there.
