Historical information

Henry Castricum was a committee member. The badges were used by members of the emerald Life Saving Club. Peter Castricum came to Emerald in 1959 (firstly to Cockatoo) then settled in Emerald. Butcher's shop opened in 1963. Retired in 2003.
