Detailed assessment of the significance of the old Emerald Bakery, located at the rear of the Commonwealth Bank, Kilvington Drive, Emerald. The assessment was made by Graeme Butler & Associates at the request of Cardinia Shire Council, at the time relocation of the bakery was being considered in the event of closure o0f the Commonwealth Bank. The recommendation was not to relocate. The bakery was originally operated by W. Moffat and subsequently by Robert McLean.
