Detailed diagramatic plans for drainage works installed in Nobelius Heritage Park, Emerald, in 2008-09, funded jointly by Cardinia Shire Council and Melbourne Water. The drainage comprises a bioretention system designed to slow and treat storm water entering the park and flowing through to Emerald Lake Park, with landscaping and planting.
