There is a file of correspondence relating the Shire of Ferntree Gully, a file of Miscellaneous correspondence, items of stationary including letter heads, envelopes, invitation cards to the Annual General Meeting,, thank you cards for donations sent towards the Children's Christmas Party. There are also copies of Insurance Policies from the Scottish Union and National Insurance Company as well as a copy of the Sun Insurance Office Fire Insurance Policy. There is also a pamphlet containing the Rules and By-Laws of the Association
