Significance

This was a tablecloth used in the home of a local family for 60 years. Its excellent condition suggests it was either used only as a decoration or for 'good' occasions.

Physical description

Cotton damask-like tablecloth purchased in the 1950s at the Emerald Market which was held in Station Street, Emerald. It was used in the home of Elaine and Doug Morris from the 1950s-2016.
Tablecloth is white with blue-green lines. Machine made.
