Historical information

The author Bernard Cronin lived in Emerald in the 1920s. His two daughters attended Emerald State School. The family lived at Lumeah Guest House, Monbulk Road, Emerald. Bernard Cronin also wrote "Dragonfly", "Timber Wolves", "Red Dawson" and "Salvage".
