Small pocket book size New Testament with a buff yellow thick linen paper cover. This edition was published by the British and Foreign Bible Society, London in 1939, printed by Oxford University Press. Presented by the New South Wales Auxiliary of the Society in 1941 to the New South Wales members of the Second Australian Imperial Force volunteering for active service in defence of the British Empire. 384 pages.The book cover has "NEW TESTAMENT" printed on it with the seal of King George VI below.
