Photos feature a rowing regatta on Lake Wendouree, a Tram stop shelter (Grenville and Sturt Streets) decorated with hand-made flowers, an arch in Main Road built by local scouts and the Burke and Wills Statue in Sturt St decorated hand made flowers. The tram shelter has the numbers "100". "1838" and "1938" with several well-dressed ladies outside the shelter. Notes the celebrations will continue until April 18. Demonstrates the way the Australian Bi-Centenary and other celebrations were carried out with souvenir prints.Framed print of a horse drawn tram (3 horses) see Reg Item 699 at the corner of Sturt and Lydiard St, within a wooden frame, with non-reflective glazing. The print by the Harris House of Photography has been mounted onto a piece of Masonite. On rear are picture hanging metal loops and a wire hanging strip. Replica Australian Tramway Employees Association (Tramways Union) badge. Badge made on a steel/ silver backing with words "Australian Tramway Employees Association" on inner edge of badge with a black background. In centre of badge has the Australian coat of arms with a railway type spoke wheel above the logo and underneath the coat of arms the words "Federated Australia" in a banner. Has a steel ring through a hole in the top of the badge. On the outer edge with red background "Centenary Brisbane General Strike 1912-2012". Badge has a metal clip on the rear. Contained within a plastic envelope, "Centenary Brisbane General Strike" and details of the even printed on a piece of light card.
