Handwritten notes by Albert Richardson, titled 'Famous Gold Mines of Bendigo and Eaglehawk'. Notes include gold yields, deep shafts in 1904 and 1911, shafts of more than 4,000 feet, shafts between 3.020 and 3,682 feet and the reef line they were on, wages for different mine workers and a reference to winding engines and air compressors.
