In 1977, artist Annette Meikle undertook a commission to illustrate a book recording stories of places and people in the Bayside area. It was published in 1978 as Sandringham Sketchbook, with text by Elizabeth Waters. The sketches were intended to record remaining examples of Bayside’s early architecture and environment, as well as reflect newer architectural changes. The date is assumed as 1991 due to the reference number from the photographic studio 911030 could mean 30 October 1991, along with 00645, 00646, 00647, 00648, 00649, 00651 and 00661 - 00666.Keesing Photographers took a series of photos on the same day of various ladies and some were committee members at different clubs.
