Kellaway at the ministry for planning and environment on 16/06/1988 and 10/08/1988. The latter includes research material regarding the ‘ALNWICK’ house including a brief description of the history of Sir James Patterson, photos of the house and a newspaper extract regarding its sale. The other letters were sent to the secretary of Caulfield Historical Society from the Historic Buildings Council inviting them to attend a hearing about ‘Alnwick’s’ classification.
