Photograph Ballarat Tram 21 ...This tram was built in 1915 by Meadowbank Manufacturing , Sydney, for the Prahran and Malvern Tramways Trust. In 1928 it transferred to Geelong and numbered Tram 27. It was then transferred in 1936 to Ballarat and numbered Tram 21. When trams stopped running in 1971 it went to the South Pacific Electric Railway, Sydney Tramway Museum. The photograph show Tram 21 at the intersection of Sturt and Pleasant Streets. When the trams stopped running in 1971 it was donated to Lake Goldsmith Steam Preservation Society. Returned to Ballarat in 1983. The photograph shows Tram 13 leaving the Gardens Loop, Wendouree Parade, with a full load.
