Trophy awarded to Walter Skelton Cameron (9/09/1899 - 8/11/1967). Walter attended Ballarat College 1910 - 1916 (peer year 1917). Son of John Brown Cameron and Frances Maria nee Skelton, Lydiard St Nth. Previously studied at Macarthur St Upper V.
