Alan Marshall (1902-1984) was an Australian writer, storyteller, social documenter and author of 'I Can Jump Puddles'. He lived for many years in Sandringham. This work was commissioned by Sandringham Council and unveiled in May 1985 at the opening of the new Sandringham library.
Physical description
Cast bronze head of Alan Marshall. The head is mounted on a cement pedestal with a bronze plaque with inscription at the front. Located at Sandringham Library, Corner Waltham Street and Chalmers Avenue, Sandringham.
