Irregular cylindrical grey inhaler that has been sectioned for teaching purposes. The centre dial is labelled "E.M.O. ETHER INHALER", and controls for the percentage volume of ether released, from "close for transport" to 20%. The sectioned areas of the apparatus have been painted yellow and expose the vaporising chamber, wick, ether level indicator, temperature compensating valve, air bypass chamber and mixing chamber.
