The Austox "Dental and Midwifery" (D-M) machine has been sectioned for teaching purposes. Namely, one of the two white, circular chambers on either side of the machine has been sectioned to show the tambour inside, as has the central valve and one of a connection point below the chamber on the left. The two chambers are connected to the central pole by thin metal tubes and are attached with metal framing.
