Historical information

The souvenir spoons from various parts of Australia were collected by Doug Twaits, former resident of Emerald and one-time committee member of Emerald Museum. One spoon, with miniature train decorating the handle, is from Emerald. Another commemorates the centenary of Emerald Primary School.
