Consists of five sheets with notes about the proposed horse tram system for Melbourne, prepared by Jack Cranston. Includes extract and notes on the parliamentary enquiry and the possibility of a cable tram system.

Produced as part of the work undertaken by Jack Cranston for the Department of Transport / Heritage Victoria - see Reg Item 584.
