Mr. H.S. Dixon, Solicitor, 121 Whitehorse Road, RINGWOOD.
Dear Sir,
We refer to your application for a shop in the new arcade. We understand construction is likely to commence in the near future, and we believe that at this stage it is hoped to have the shops ready about November.
More applications have been received than there are shops available, and we have suggested that they be allocated as soon as possible. We shall advise you as soon as this has been done.
We suggest there is no need to acknowledge this letter, unless there is some change in your application, but we will let you know as soon as we are aware which applications have been successful.
Yours faithfully, C. E. CARTER & SON
