This report to parents stresses the rising expectations of the quality of a good high school education and the facilities which should aid the community to join together to assist in this goal. Then the role of the Advisory Council is examined, which lists many ways that involve the council. The report stresses that money is needed in so many ways, and it lists the way that activities and goals are financed. Matters that have needed attention are listed, as are achievements and successes. The importance of the general appearance of the school and grounds is discussed, and the author/s are giving thanks to the parents who join others in helping out with their labour and their fund-raising participation. There is included a plea for more parents to join in. The author of this pamphlet is R.W. Gotts, the President of Ringwood High School Advisory Council.
