Work on Ringwood Secondary College's building development got off to a muddy start this month. Assistant principal Gerry Robinson said 29 portable classrooms were relocated in stage one of the development, but a day of rain in the middle of the move created a morass of mud, making them temporarily unusable. The college will launch a major appeal to raise $1 million by the year 2000 so it can start works not covered by the Department of Education funding of its master plan
