1.6.1931 - Invitation to Mayor, Mayoress and Councillor to Farewll Gathering for Mr. W. Broben Friday June 5th 1931.
11 Oct 1934 - re Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Ringwood State School
17 July 1935 - Thanks for presentation of colonial portrait of King George V.
14 May 1936 - Thanks to Mr Fenton for flowers sent to Lord Mayor of Melbourne's Appeal.
5 May 1937 - Thanks for admission tickets to Town Hall Matinee. From Mr Fenton.
21 Dec 1937 - Letter from Mr Fenton to Town clerk advising he is relinquishing duties as Head Teacher, and appreiation of support.
6 Dec 1938 - Invitation to Mayor and Councillors to Annual Xmas School festivities
