Rosemary Smart was a volunteer for the program Meals on Wheels for close to fifty years. She was awarded with the Order of Australia in 2013 as recognition for her many years dedicated to the cause. She was also a lifetime member of the Kew Historical Society. The file includes: Articles pertaining to the OAM being awarded, and correspondence with the Kew Historical Society regarding the award.
