Historical information

These pictures capture a number of prominent landmarks in the Sunshine and Albion areas, the Albion Railway Station, the John Darling & Son Flour Mill, the Railway Substation Talmage Street, the Ballarat Road Railway Overpass and in the background the Sunshine Cabinets Works.

Significance

This Albion Railway Station will be removed and upgrade as part of the future Melbourne Airport Rail Project that will commence construction in 2026.
