In 1994, St. Albans couple Michael & Susan Salameh opened a new takeaway food shop in the former Sunshine Railway Station Parcel Office. The new shop offers made to order sandwiches, chip, shashliks, tabouli, roast beef, fired rice, fish, hamburgers, salads, cakes, chocolates, ice creams and hot and cold drinks. The shop was open from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

The couple also owned the newspaper stand and kiosk in the Sunshine Rail Subway.
