Historical information
The Sunshine Plaza Clock Tower was constructed during the major shopping centre expansion of 1994. The redevelopment introduced a new main entrance, a Franklins No Frills supermarket, an upgraded fresh‑food market, and a new mall section with an open skylight ceiling.
In total, 11 new shops were added to the mall and 12 new shops to the fresh‑food market, along with a 200‑seat food court.
