These photographs, taken by The Advocate in 2000, feature Fr. John O’Ryan, a priest with more than fifty years of service to the Catholic Church, standing at the altar of St Paul’s Church, located at 200 Glengala Road, Sunshine West.

Significance

The images recognise Fr. O’Ryan’s longstanding commitment to ministry and his significant contribution to the spiritual and community life of the parish and the wider Sunshine district.
